The Melbourne University Law Revue is an annual sketch comedy show written, directed and performed by students, that has entertained audiences for almost 70 years.

Run by the University of Melbourne’s Law Student’s Society, the Law Revue seeks to promote student comedy theatre while raising money for a good cause.

But don’t be fooled - just because it’s a Law Revue does not mean the comedy is limited to law jokes!

Previous Charity

A portion of proceeds raised by the Law Revue are donated to a different worthwhile charity each year.

Previous Law Revues have raised money for Frontyard Youth Services and Second Bite, Minds Count and Black Rainbow.

“The power in the revue is that it remains relevant and continues to evolve. It is a stage through which to challenge attitudes, inspire change and protest in a way only art can. ”
